About Our Global Team

Most of our Founder Members met through the 2015 MIT ULab course of Dr. Otto Scharmer, Transforming Business, Society, and Self.  Since December 2015 we are meeting monthly through live meetings to share cutting-edge topics in the fields of Mindfulness, Abundance, Resilience, and Life-giving Synergy.  We gained more members from the 2016, 2017, and 2018 ULab courses.

Our Global Community Hub started with a small group of local people in Cedar Falls, Iowa in the United States who formed a coaching circle while attending a course of Dr. Otto Scharmer from MIT during 2015.  Many of us participated in local wellness workshops from the Cedar Valley Center for Resiliency and Wellbeing, the Blue Zones Project, and the Cedar Valley Healthy Hometown during the preceding years.

Our global members live in countries from all over the world and also participated in the same MIT course. We met monthly with live meetings since 2015 and decided to start a membership site to open our community to others as well.  In our membership site you can learn in small practical steps how to train your brain, live your life to the fullest, bounce back during tough times, and transform your everyday stress into life-giving synergy, based on the teaching and research of leading experts such as Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Dr. Richard Davidson, Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi,  Dr. Martin Seligman, Dr. Dan Siegel, and Dr. Tania Singer.

Our program takes you through several short courses to introduce skills in Mindfulness, Abundance, Resilience, and life-giving Synergy in simple, bite-sized steps to decrease your stress and increase your quality of life.
